Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within Kigali only.
Delivery Fees:
Orders below RWF 20,000 → Flat shipping fee of RWF 1,500
Orders RWF 20,000 and above → Free delivery
Delivery Timing:
Orders placed before 8:00 PM → Same-day delivery
Orders placed after 8:00 PM → Delivered next day
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is incorrect or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will resolve it promptly.
